Project 10 Pan - Update 3

I can't believe another week has gone by! And that September is all over. It's crazy just how fast time goes by. But anyway, as it's Wednesday here's my update for my project pan items.

1. Love & Beauty (by Forever 21) Sheer Lip Color (there is no shade on it)

Amount Left: Little more than half?

Use: I have been using this everyday as a lip conditioner and/or lip primer. I also used it as a chapstick on the day I didn't wear makeup. The side is messed up from where the product isn't centered in the packaging, so it hits the plastic rim as I apply it. I've also noticed that the stick of product is trying to fall off the base, so I'm trying to be careful with it.
Opinion: This feels really nice on the lips, though it never completely sinks in. I'm really enjoying it, but I don't think I would purchase it (if I ever saw it again).

2. L'Oreal True Match Blush in Baby Blossom

Amount Left: Lots near the edge, most of the middle is gone

Use: I've been applying this everyday with my Sonia Kashuk no. 29 brush. I mostly place this on the back of my cheeks and lightly on the bottom half of my apples.

Opinion: Really enjoying this blush and the color, but excited to see it used up. I know the pan is almost full along the edges, so I believe I'll have to repress this eventually. But, It's still not a problem to get product on the brush right now.

3. Therapy Systems Perfect Concealer in the shade 2

Amount Left: (I cleaned the pan so I could see what was left easier) I'm gonna say I have somewhere between 1/3 to 1/4 left of this product

Use: I'm using this everyday as both my under-eye concealer and my blemish concealer. I apply this on my blemish with clean fingertips and my under-eye area with a Sonia Kashuk no. 110 brush (just a regular concealer brush). On two days I also applied it to my very red chin when I wasn't wearing foundation.

Opinion: I'm just ready to see this pan completely empty. The coloring isn't right for my skin (it's too orange) which would be alright for under the eyes. But, I find that it doesn't hold in that area well. It creases almost immediately, even with very little product applied. I'm still going to finish it, but I can't wait for it to be gone.

4. Benefit's "It's Potent!" Eye Cream

Amount Left: We have hit the bottom of the container!! When I saw the bottom I can't even explain how happy I was.

Use: I apply this under my eyes every night after I wash my face. On occasion, I used this in the morning as well.

Opinion: I'm still enjoying this eye cream. It moisturizes well without feeling greasy. I have noticed that the purple tone under my eyes has slightly diminished.

5. Lorac's Breakthrough Performance Foundation in Shade "SMS 1"

6. Maybelline  Color Sensational Lipcolor in "Born With It"

Amount Left: So flippin' close. (The line from week 1 wore off, but the most recent line that showed week 2 progress was still there)

Use: I have been applying and reapplying this everyday with Bath & Body Works Honey Sweetheart Lipgloss (number 9 of my project 10 pan). 

Opinion: I'm enjoying using the lipstick, but I'm more excited seeing how close I am to using it up. Though you can't tell from the pictures, in the picture from last week the lipstick still was at an angle. Now, the top is completely flat! 

7. MAC's Zoom Fast Black Lash 

Amount Left: Not sure, but if it isn't done by the end of October I'm just chucking it for safety.

Use: I apply 2 coats of this to my lashes everyday.

Opinion: Love it! When I'm done, I'm getting a new one (Though I wont open it until I finish the others).

8. L'Oreal Lineur Intense in Carbon Black  

Amount Left: Absolutely no idea. 

Use: I apply a thin line along my upper lash line and wing it out ever-so-slightly at the very base.

Opinion: I do really enjoy using this now that I've gotten  better at liquid liner. I haven't used this everyday (I did a smokey eye where I just used my pencil), but it has made its way into my regular routine. I find it flakes just a little after about 8 hours of wear, but not enough to make it aggravating.

9. Bath & Body Works' Honey Sweetheart Lip Gloss

Amount Left: Still around 3/4-ish 

(I marked the last weeks with a sharpie)

Use: I use this everyday on top of my Maybelline lipstick in "Born With It". This smooths out the lipstick and provides a wonderful sheen to my lips. It also smells/taste nice. 

Opinion: I'm going to miss this lipgloss like crazy once it's gone. I feel like it makes any lipstick look fantastic. Plus I am in love with the smell of this!

10. Bath & Body Works' Travel-sized Body Lotion in Beautiful Day

So here we are after three weeks of working on these products. I'm super amazed by my progress on the lipstick. I can't wait to finish it and wear some of my more fall-ish colors. 

Every time I make this post, I'm always re-invigorated with tackling these products. I can really see change, which is exciting! (Except in the liner. I really have absolutely no idea on that one...)

But anywho, I'll show you my progress again in about a week :)
