Here is my Project 10 Pan for the New Year!
It's been around just about 2 weeks since I last showed you guys my project items. (If you missed the original post, I went ahead and started because my previous project pan was wrapping up). With the chaos of the holidays I wasn't able to write an update last week, but here's a really good update right before the new year.
Side note: Soooo... I tried to take pictures for my update while getting ready for christmas (eve) morning with my mom's family, but in the rush I wasn't able to get a picture of everything. This said, some of the items below have 3 pictures. Anyhoo, Happy Panning!

Amount Left: I actually made a fair amount of progress while I've been on break. I think I'm about a third done with the pencil now! (and it only took about 3 months haha)
#2. Maybelline Master Fix Setting Spray
Opinion: I think this works well enough, but it doesn't blow my mind enough to bother repurchasing it. I wonder if that's just me with setting sprays in general or just this particular one. I guess I'll find out after I use this one up and move on to my trial sized ones.
Amount Left: There is so little left in this now. When I shake it, it barely makes a sound.
#3. Benefit Porefessional Primer sample: 0.1 oz
Opinion: I really don't enjoy this primer. I find that if I'm not careful it balls up pretty badly on my skin. I'm going to focusing this on just my nose and chin area in hopes of just moving this out. In addition, i'm wondering if this is whats caused a recent breakout on my chin and nose area, which was a problem I had the last time I tried this primer. I'm tempted to just chuck this in the bin honestly.
Amount Left: I'm about half way done with this product right now.
#4. Dermablend Setting Powder
Opinion: I really like this setting powder. Right now I'm mostly using it on my under eye and chin area. Right now my nose is a bit dry, but I think that might be due to the heat being on and not the powder
Amount Left: It's hard to make sure I line this up just right when I mark it, but this should be around where it is.
#5. Clinique Cheek Pop in "Nude"
Opinion: I enjoy this blush it has a pretty satin finish and the color suits my skin well.
Amount Left: I believe the petal indents are getting even less visible, but that may also be due to the slightly dirty camera lens. It takes a while to hit pan on a blush (which is the goal for this one).
#6. Benefit Bronzer in "Hoola"
Opinion: My everyday, tried and true bronzer.
Amount Left: I reached one side of the pan earlier this week, and when I wen to use it this morning that corner bit detached itself. I think I'm going to repress this bronzer for the next update.
#7. Buxom Lip Polish in "Dolly"
Opinion: This formula of lip glosses is my favorite. I bought a whole bunch in a holiday set this past year, and I'm trying to move them out before they go bad.
Amount Left: This has been my handbag lip gloss so it's gotten plenty of use these past two weeks.
#8. Clinique Almost Lipstick in "Black Honey"
Opinion: I haven't used this very much. I tend to enjoy sheer lipsticks, but I'm yet sure about the color.
Amount Left: Since it the holidazy season I've gotten away with a good amount of red lip looks. I was hoping for more progress, but I still made at least a dent in it.
#9. Algenist Complete Eye Renewal Balm
Opinion: I really enjoy this sample. I know the full size is expensive though so I'm not sure if I'll buy it.
Amount Left: EMPTY as of 12-20-17
#10. True Blue Spa Face Scrub in "Apricot & White Tea"
Opinion: My favorite face scrub. I stock up like crazy on these every semi-annual sale. (Side note: I only have 1 backup and they didn't have any during the after Christmas semi-annual sale.)
Amount Left: I will be surprised if this has 2 or more uses left. I only use this about once or twice a week, but my hubby uses this 2-3 times a week, so it's seen plenty of use.
And here wraps up the first update! Hopefully I'll have 2 more products finished by the next one. See you next week in the new year (Is it really only 3 days away?)
